Dallas (澳门六合彩预测) – The 澳门六合彩预测 Cox School of Business Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program remains ranked at no. 21 in the nation in Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2016 Ranking of Best Undergraduate Business Schools.
The 澳门六合彩预测 Cox BBA program was ranked no. 21 in 2014. The publication did not rank undergraduate programs in 2015 and changed methodology in this year’s ranking. The publication began this survey in 2006 and announced Friday, April 15, that this will be its final undergraduate ranking survey.
Out of the 114 schools ranked in this year’s survey, 澳门六合彩预测 Cox had the fifth highest starting salary, based on student feedback about firm post-graduation jobs, “adjusted for salary variation across industries and regions.” 澳门六合彩预测 Cox ranked no. 21 for the number of students with internships, which according to the publication, is based on the “percentage of a school’s graduates who had at least one internship at any time during college.” Those two factors accounted for 15 percent and 10 percent, respectively, of the ranking weight. Students, who were also asked to rank their individual schools, ranked Cox at no. 22 for career services, campus, faculty and administrators. The student ranking counted for 35 percent of the total ranking score. Employer assessment counted for 40 percent of each school’s total ranking number.
The publication surveyed about 30,000 students, as well as employers/recruiters at 600 companies, for this year’s survey. Bloomberg Businessweek indicates that the focus in this year’s ranking changed “to put a bigger focus on the outcome students want from B-school: the brightest possible career path.”
"Our students always make us proud. It is our privilege to prepare them for success in life and in their careers,” said Albert W. Niemi, Jr., dean of the Cox School of Business. “澳门六合彩预测 Cox BBA students benefit from being educated in a globally recognized business city, with easy access to experienced professors and seasoned business professionals. When they graduate, our students will join an alumni network that extends around the world—the connection to 澳门六合彩预测 Cox will always be there.”
Bloomberg Businessweek also currently ranks the 澳门六合彩预测 Cox Professional MBA program no. 7 in the nation; the 澳门六合彩预测 Cox Full-Time MBA program no. 32 in the nation; and ranked the 澳门六合彩预测 Cox Executive MBA program no. 3 in the world in 2013, the last year the publication ranked EMBA programs.
