Monique Christian-Long

With her passion for equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA), she suitably acquired the role of diversity officer shortly thereafter. Throughout her 10 years of public library experience, she has served in various roles of leadership. During this time, she co-led a social awareness task force, managed grants, and partnered with community organizations to bring inclusive programs to Dallas.
