Biography
Gautam has worked in Financial services for the last 25 years. During that time, he has held senior level management positions in Brokerage, Distribution, Call center operations and Enterprise Compliance at some of the nation’s largest financial services companies.
Gautam始s passion lies at the intersection of where the associate experience meets the client experience. He has recruited, hired, trained and empowered leaders to create productive, inclusive and respectful environments. He has led and managed teams in singular locations, across multiple sites, internationally and virtually. Through leadership and execution of strategic initiatives, Gautam has led diverse transformation efforts to better enable firms to serve its clients. Gautam successfully led teams to develop new service model designs, leverage data analytics and implement new technologies in order to deliver high quality customer experiences across channels.
Gautam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish from Denison University. He earned his MBA from Boston University where he graduated with Honors. Gautam also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and has his series 7, 8, 24, 63, and 66 licenses. Gautam is an avid traveler and climber having reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,600 feet), Kala Patthar (18,500) and Mt. Aconcagua (22,842 ft). He is fluent in three languages and has traveled to over 90 countries on 6 continents. Gautam lives in the Dallas area with his wife and their two children.
