Each week in this hands-on course led by Career Management Center experts, a leader from the Dallas business world will visit your classroom to discuss the role of analytics in their company. You’ll explore career opportunities in the business analytics space, build and leverage a professional network and develop a personal marketing plan. Recent participants in the class include Accenture, Ally Financial, American Airlines, Capital One, Deloitte, iHeartMedia, Infosys, PrimeSource and Worldlink.

Sreekumar’s research focuses on new product development and innovation — he’s especially interested in how firms can overcome operational challenges as they transform ideas into value-delivering propositions.

William R. Dillon

Professor of Marketing and Statistics

AT&T, ESPN and UPS depend on Bill Dillon’s expertise on the bonds between customers and products. A prolific author of research articles and scholarly books on marketing research, his recent interests center on dynamic structural equation models, models for measuring brand equity, consumer-product relationships, and customer engagement optimization. Besides holding professorships in marketing and statistics, Bill is also serves as senior associate dean.

Amy Puelz instructs stats, business analytics, & decision modeling in both graduate and undergraduate programs at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â Cox. Puelz has been awarded for her teaching, including awards in value, teaching innovation, and faculty service. She is published in top journals. Given this experience, the MSBA population benefits heavily from her years of research and innovation.
