At °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â Cox, we bring opportunities for hands-on experience to life outside the classroom setting, tapping our strong ties with business leaders in Dallas and beyond.

Highlight: The Maguire Energy Institute

Students will also benefit from training and networking opportunities via the acclaimed Maguire Energy Institute. The Institute provides treks, awards dinners, scholarships, and even a cohort of Kyle D. Miller Energy Management Scholars. The Institute combines nearly five decades of energy sector experience, and is led by a team of industry and academic directors.

The Maguire Energy Institute promotes the exploration of management, marketing, and policy topics within the energy sector.  

A diverse Board of Advisors, representing multiple disciplines, also guides the Institute by offering input and support for its programs, curriculum, and yearly initiatives.
