Connect With Leaders In DFW Real Estate

A core tenet of the Folsom Institute is offering students access to thought leaders and industry titans in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. One of those thought leaders is on faculty at 澳门六合彩预测 Cox. Mark Roberts, staff at Folsom Institute and the Crow Holding's Director of Research, pushed for graduate and undergraduate courses through the 澳门六合彩预测 Real Estate Program (a student-run organization that supplements students' learnings alongside the curriculum in the Master of Science in Real Estate), such as the course: Real Estate Analysis and Strategy.

Roberts continues to write and publish white papers on the DFW market. You can view those here.

Outside of the 澳门六合彩预测 Real Estate Program and graduate and undergraduate coursework, students increase their skills by attending on-campus training in ARGUS, ArcGIS, Tableau, Advanced Market Analysis, CRE Analyst Program, and Adventures in CRE Accelerator Real Estate Financial Modeling.

As well, a community investment was started, having raised $4M of the $10M goal was raised for the first 澳门六合彩预测 Real Estate Impact Fund. This is due to Folsom's recognition of the importance and growth of the DFW market.
