The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â Cox Human Resources Roundtable is a forum for a select group of strategic HR leaders.

Led by Academic Director Dr. Marcus Butts, the Roundtable meets quarterly to examine strategic people issues. Participants are limited to the senior HR person in their organization or company. Members are selected on the basis of their stature in the Human Resources community as well as the reputation of the organizations they serve.  

Our purpose is to provide a continuing forum as a means for this select group of executives to exchange strategic ideas with their peers on a regular basis.

Intimate Size and Senior Level
The Roundtable, hosted and administered by °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â, is limited to an organization’s senior Human Resources person. This intimate group of senior level managers meets quarterly on the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â campus in Dallas. And every year, the group gathers for its annual conference. Sponsor representatives are included in all meetings as well as the annual conference.

Delivering a Brain-Healthy Workplace

Unlock human potential through the improved brain health of employees and discover the economics behind brain science. Discover the metrics and impact that are critical for brain health today and into the future.

The program will include a 60-minute interactive discussion on "Unlocking Human Potential Through Improved Brain Health and Performance" based on over 25 years of research focused on how to measure the brain and how to extend peak brain performance in leveraging neuroplasticity and enhancing executive functions in the brain. This will be followed by a 45 minute discussion on the "BrainHealthy Workplace" and "Brainomics". Lead by Jennifer Zientz and Stephen White, the two discussions will cover:

  • A primer on the uniqueness of "Brain Health" and neuroplasticity
  • Why Brain Health is critical for the workplace
  • How Brain Health assessment and training can be delivered in the workplace
  • Translating cognitive neuroscience into "Kaizen for the Workplace"
  • Learnings from pilots from the past five years
  • How Brainomics will make Brain Health the future of work

The afternoon panel will focus on "Cracking the ROI code on evaluating a Brain Healthy Workplace". Dr. Andrew Nevin will lead a panel discussion with subject matter experts on implementation and the impact it is making in the workplace.
