FedCircuitBlog

I’m excited to introduce you to , a project of the Tsai Center for Law, Science and Innovation at the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â Dedman School of Law.

This blog provides comprehensive coverage of activities and news related to the , a court that has exclusive jurisdiction over appeals in patent cases.

Given the impact of patents on the development and use of technology, the Federal Circuit holds an important place in the innovation ecosystem.

Fed Circuit Blog aggregates data related to the court’s cases, providing one convenient resource to search and access information related to opinions, en banc cases and petitions, cases with amicus briefs, and Federal Circuit decisions subsequently challenged at the Supreme Court. It will also provide timely news reports and discussion of relevant scholarship.

The goal is to provide transparency related to the Federal Circuit and its cases. This project is the result of two years of preparation and significant ongoing work.

We hope Fed Circuit Blog will serve as an important resource for anyone interested in law, science, and innovation.
