°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â

Brooke Ryan, PT, DPT, OCS, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Physiology and Sport Management. Dr. Ryan attended °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â for her undergraduate, receiving her B.S. in Applied Physiology and Health Management. After °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â, Dr. Ryan completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.

Prior to joining °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â, Dr. Ryan practiced clinically for Texas Health Sports Medicine in Arlington TX, with a focus on rehabilitating high school athletes back to sport. Through this experience, she assisted in creating THR's orthopedic residency curriculum as well as guest lectured for the sports residency program. Dr. Ryan started at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â in an adjunct position teaching Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, and Anatomy apart of the Department of Applied Physiology and Sport Management. When she isn’t caught on °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â’s campus, she is walking her two golden retrievers, attending a local fitness class, digging into a good book, or heading to a coffee shop with her husband, Michael.
