The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â Cox LLI assists organizations to strengthen diversity and build capabilities to drive performance in the Latino and other multicultural markets.  By attending the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â Cox LLI’s annual symposiums and year-round events/forums, companies are able to improve their Diversity & Inclusion outcomes and learn how to effectively use these efforts to influence business outcomes. Signature events focus on talent management.
