Biographical Note
Anne Foster (Cornell MA, Class of 1991, Cornell PhD, Class of 1995) is a Professor in History at Indiana State University. She teaches U.S. foreign relations, imperial history, food history, and history of narcotics, and her research interests include U.S. imperialism, U.S. relations with Southeast Asia, and U.S. narcotics control.
